Rotherwood Road Bridge Deck Replacement

The old timber deck on the Rotherwood Road Bridge was in poor condition and the Southern Midlands Council (SMC) decided to replace the deck along with other refurbishment works. Sugden & Gee provided project management and contract administration services to the SMC including:

• Review of previous engineering reports on the existing bridge condition
• Preparation of Tender and Contract documents
• Tender administration including distribution of documents and pre-tender site briefing
• Tender assessment and report to SMC
• Contract administration including acting as Contract Superintendent
