Newdegate Street Reconstruction

The Newdegate Street had reached the end of its economic life and the Hobart City Council appointed Sugden & Gee as Superintendent’s Representative for the contract to reconstruction the road pavement, footpath and drainage elements.  The project complexities included maintaining some of the historic sandstone kerb and channel and the proximity older buildings that may be affected by vibrating road plant compacting the road pavement.
