Kangaroo Bay Skate Park

The $1.2M Kangaroo Bay skate park is an important element of the Kangaroo Bay Urban Design Plan being implemented by the Clarence City Council. The state-of-the-art facility was first proposed by a group of young skaters and was designed by a local designer. It includes a big bowl and many features that suit beginner to expert skaters as well as a stage for concerts. Sugden & Gee provided project management and contract administration of the project delivery and project was successfully delivered on time and budget.
