The $3m Kingston Park Stage 2 was opened in March 2023. Stage 2 of the Kingston Park development provides open space facilities to compliment the playground developed in Stage 1. It includes a series of concrete walking tracks, BBQ’s and shelters, a viewing platform, a pump track, a gathering circle, landscaping, seating, a small oval, lighting, irrigation and a toilet facility.
Sugden & Gee were engaged by the Kingborough Council to provide contract administration services for the delivery of Stage 2. The designer for the park development was Playstreet the contract for Stage 2 was awarded to MS Civil Pty Ltd.
